Before we were using .com email addresses that didn’t work half the time, we weren’t coming off very professional and that needed to change dramatically with this rebrand. Well, our website developer referred us to (2) IT companies. After speaking with both, I decided to work with Raptor Solutions. Not only because they didn’t try to rip me off like the other company but because I’m not an IT guy and Johnny explained this stuff in Barnie style terms without being obnoxious which I appreciated. After teaming up, was traveling and had horrible internet service so we weren’t able to fully get my setup done. They were patient and communication was fantastic and worked around the hurdles. Gave me recommendations on how we should set everything up which with some things I didn’t even consider.
