I could not access sensitive , company Docs or even knew if they were accessible any longer. Took it to my brother that is a Systems Engineer. He said I was 'screwed' unless I removed the hard drive to retrieve everything. Went to Raptor. Tyler fixed it completely in >1 hr. ..while I waited. I tried to tip 'em $50. They would not take it.
